  • A personalised resistance training program with specific exercises and weight objectives to guarantee results and to ensure you continue to improve each week.
  • Specific mobility and stretching protocols for warmup and cool down to ensure the progression of your training and the prevention of injury.
  • Proven nutrition and recovery methods to accelerate the recovery process after and between training sessions and throughout training phases.

1 ON 1 SESSIONS

Group Sessions are a great way to exercise with friends, family or like-minded individuals who have similar goals to you. It’s also a great option if you want the expert guidance of a trainer while sharing the cost! Not all group fitness sessions will be suited to everyone, which is why RDPT has a wide range of group training methods to choose from. These include:

  • Body Transformation Group Sessions (Male & Female)
  • Metabolic Conditioning Sessions
  • Technique & Skill Sessions
  • Group Personal Training: 2 on 1, 3 on 1
