Hope all had a great Christmas break and we are all refreshed and ready to go again for 2013.
Now I know it’s going to be hard to get into the swing of things especially if you have been away with family and friends. But you really need to get organized this weekend to ensure you are organized for when you return.
Make sure you have done the basics, grocery shop, food prep, even make sure your gym clothes are washed and you’re organized and ready to go for the week ahead. Over the holidays it’s been great while I’ve be training myself in the gym it’s good to see you guys in there following your programs and keeping on track.
