Getting the body you want is like shopping for clothes, it’s not a simple one size fits all solution. To look the best you need the right expertise and guidance to make sure you are really doing the right things at the right time. Whether you’re ready to totally transform your physique, or looking for a little change, RDPT will help you achieve the results you desire sooner rather than later. An individualised program offers:
- A structured resistance training program with specific weight objectives to be completed to GUARANTEE results
- A ancillary training program for your cardio and homework based training (if necessary)
- Specific stretching, warmup and cool down protocols for the progression of strength, power & mobility as well as the prevention of injury.
Group Sessions are a great way to get involved in exercise with friends, family and like-minded individuals who have similar goals to you and a similar work ethic. Not all Group Sessions will be ideal for everyone, which is why RDPT has a wide range of group sessions to choose from. Each session is based around specific training principle’s to get you closer to reaching your goals but also making sure that every session is memorable, enjoyable, challenging and structured:

Eating Plans & Fitness Programs
Calculated eating plans and effective fitness programs are a vital ingredient to reach your fitness and health goals. It is important to find out exactly which stage you are at with your training and nutrition. This is achieved with monthly assessments to find out more about; training experience, training goals, and relevant history such as injuries or allergies to foods, through to general road blocks you have faced in the past. Finding out your body composition is vital in shifting your weight and shape and setting real goals, which is why during testing we use skin calipers to calculate lean mass, fat mass, and an overall body fat percentage. Fitness Programs range from beginners levels to Advanced Strength & Conditioning Programs, HIIT/Cardio Programs, Hypertrophy, Fitness Model and Bodybuilding.
Nutritional plans and fitness programs can also be viewed and stored online to ensure you have a full understanding of your progress and results.
